Can you guess why I'm taking lots of photos in this shop?
And why I'm having a hard time leaving this room?
Everywhere I turn, there are more lovely things to see!
More to capture the imagination and set me dreaming.
Leading me on and on..
into a world of delightful sensory wonder!
Until I spy the one thing that can bring my revelry to a halt.
The empty, beckoning seat across from my Beloved
who lures me away with cream and the aroma of freshly baked scones.
After 35 years of wedded bliss and keen observation
he knows, all too well, how to woo this heart of mine!

What a wonderful place to explore is this antique store and tea-room, which houses the largest collection of teapots in the southern hemisphere!
All around the rooms, I see high shelving packed with teapots of every shape, size, colour and description.
Genuine antiques butt up against novelty pots in a merry congregation above my head, forcing me to walk with face upturned to take it all in!
The only downside being the light and shadows which made it hard to take really good photos.
Still.. I think you can get some idea of how intriguing this place is, even by my unworthy efforts to capture the scene!
I wanted to share them with you so you could see where my dear husband whisked me away to this past week!
As an extension of our wedding anniversary, he surprised me with a 4 day stay in a lovely B&B in the historic Blue Mountains area of New South Wales.
He's a "keeper" for sure, lol!!
