Morning, friends!
Do you know what time it is?
Time for tea, of course!
So throw off the covers
and fill the creamer and sugar bowl
bring out a satisfying cup
pour some steaming hot tea to go with your pastry
and let the warm Autumn light lead you through the new day!
I hope you are all enjoying a lovely day wherever you are too...and whatever "season" you may happen to be in today.
God bless you, my friends!

Your tea looks lovely!
ReplyDeleteHi Trish,
ReplyDeleteThank you for linking up with my tea party today. Your transferware is very pretty and I love the little bowl made by Shelley! How lovely to be heading into springtime, my favourite season! Thank you for your sweet comment and have a beautiful day, my friend.
Blessings,
Sandi

ReplyDeletem.
I was a bit lost for a minute then i realised you were linking up to America, lovely tea.
ReplyDeleteLove Merle......
Such a delightful post filled with sunlight..I love how the sun is filtering onto the transfer ware...Johnson Bros and Royal Staffordshire china settings are so very relaxing and entertaining with their beautiful scenery.
ReplyDeleteYour crocheted bread covers and crinoline lady tea towel are delightful...in the autumn tones... I have just order some new patterns and really must try afew bolder colours. Thanks for the teatime inspirations... Hugs
Hi Trish! Thank you so much for thinking of me and stopping by to say "hi" while I've been out of commission in Blogland this month. Still not back in the zone but checking in for a bit - miss everyone so much! How I wish I had a nice teatime post to share with you in the link-up this week. All I can do is remark about that sweet Shelley bowl - I have a teacup and saucer in that pattern and do love it for Autumn displays.
ReplyDeleteI've been off the grid this month with curriculum writing and classes starting and I don't know that I'll get my days back again for a while. Hoping to get into a better routine. All I seem to do is work! But, it is a joy to share my passion - literature and history from a Biblical perspective.
I'm teaching home school students and mentoring parents. This semester - Little House in the Big Woods with the primary and elementary kids (today we made butter!!); The Door in the Wall and medieval history with the Middle school kids.
Anyway - love to all down under!!
Joy!
Kathy
