My home is my haven and I love decorating it in an eclectic mix of cottage and primitive styles. I enjoy gardening and dabbling in painting, doll-making and needlework. My good husband is the patient genius who builds wooden projects for me to paint and play with. My life is pretty simple, quiet and happy. I hope you enjoy your visit to "Angel Wings & Apron Strings."

I am so glad the rush is over . I am quiet and simple in my ways. Sometime it seems like it overcomes me. I am so thankful for the words you highlighted in the Bible. He is so good to us. Dottie
Dear friends, I may not get to respond to all your comments, but please be assured I appreciate them and your kindness in leaving an encouraging word as you go. God bless you!

ReplyDeleteBut yes, I praise Our Lord that this past Christmas was a time of reflection and discoveries.
Be blessed dear friend,
Maria.
That's lovely!

ReplyDeleteNo rain, but it is getting warmer. A hot day by the end of the week. So far it hasn't felt like summer at all.
ReplyDeleteI love the fact that the rush is over and now I can enjoy my holiday break and potter about doing things I want to do.
Trish,
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely scriptual thought! :)

2Surely I have behaved and quieted myself, as a child that is weaned of his mother: my soul is even as a weaned child.
