Simple Pleasures ~Blue Shadows

Shadow on my old blue chair.. cast it's shape all banded warm and quiet.

Gazing at the sill.. I watched as indigo and cobalt  glistened in the light.

Was this the source?

From whence the sunbeams ran their shadow course?

Or was the blue beyond the glass on Icebergs..
eating red of rose-hips with delight!

  1. Hello Trish...I do so love cobalt blue bottles and have many on sills in kitchen windows. Just photographed them today, too, for a post. Then I saw yours! So glad you like them, too. Susan
