New Year ~ New Link-up!

I've been thinking....

now that Christmas is over and we are into the beginning of a brand new year,

I am going to make a few changes here at Lily-Rose Cottage.

Some of you know that I have more than one blog where I express different interests of mine.

Well..I'm finding it a bit time-consuming to be so 'spread out' and will probably condense most of them and perhaps even remove one or two completely.

This means I will be chatting here about my attempts at "simple living" and my chickens and vegie garden etc. more often :-)

Also, you may have noticed that I didn't put up the link for LACE this week.

This is another change I am trying for the new year.

I would like to open a new link-up on Mondays  for our homemaking, craft, cooking, gardening, family fun, decorating and afternoon tea posts etc.

The aim will be to have posts that are bright and cheerful and help us smile a bit more :-)

I know I personally need to "lighten up" and create more sweet joy and enthusiasm in my day.
Sometimes we forget that homemaking can be fun as well as functional!

So dear ladies, I have a new button to remind us that no matter how busy we might be taking care of the family home ..let's do our best to make it sweet too!
