Joy to the World!

JOY to the world - the LORD is born!

Let Earth receive her KING!

Let every heart prepare Him room

and Heaven and nature sing -

And Heaven and nature sing -

And Heaven... and Heaven -

And nature SING!!!!

Wishing you all a very blessed Christmas Eve, my friends!
May the joy of this holy season fill your hearts as we celebrate the birth of our glorious Saviour and King - Jesus Christ our LORD!!
Born in a humble Bethlehem stable, Shepherds nearby and Kings from afar hurried to adore Him on that awesome night when God Himself came to dwell amongst mere men!
Let us also hurry to offer Him praise and thankgiving for the gift of His amazing grace and astounding love - eternal salvation through His Son, the holy Babe of Bethlehem.
The TRUE GIFT of Christmas!

Sending love and blessings from my home to yours :-)
Trish xx
(*The beautiful handmade Nativity was knitted by my very talented sister, Barb; she graciously gifted me with it recently when she downsized her Christmas decorations!)

  9. Merry Christmas to you, too, Trish - and a happy New Year! Thanks so for stopping by - I have been so remiss with all my dear blogger friends this month with just too much on my plate. Taking some time today, though to catch up with folks. Had hoped to post a sweet Christmas greeting like you did here, but, alas! Not to be!

Now - I must buzz over to Barb and tell her how amazing her knitted Nativity is!! I love it! So sweet and simple and old world and homespun! I used to make a fabric Nativity when I had my crafting business. Sometimes, I wish I was still doing that - but - not enough hours in the day . . .

Joy to you this New Year!
