We are the Easter people, Alleluia is our song

Let us rejoice, let us sing out Jesus is risen, Alleluia!

He died for us, now He is risen,

We share his life, Jesus is Lord.

His light shines out, dispelling darkness

Tell the whole world, Jesus is Lord.

Proclaim His glory, Christ is the Saviour

He dies no more, Jesus is Lord.

God’s people sing, you share His victory

Have no more fear, Jesus is Lord.

What a joy it is to know the reality of these most holy days..most awesome and sublime days of love and compassion.

Can there be any other to compare to them?

For were it not for these days..I would be left bound and lost in sin with no hope of deliverance or rescue.

But in spite of my unworthiness and without waiting for me to be ready - Christ burst the chains that held me captive and led me out of the dark tomb of slavery to sin, unbelief and rebellion, and delivered me safe into the kingdom of Truth, liberty and His glorious Light!

From indifference.. to adoration.

From spiritual lethargy.. to fervor and devotion.

From confusion and dullness of heart.. to faith and strong conviction.

From Hell to Heaven.

And from death to LIFE.

I thank God for the holy Cross of Christ my Saviour and rejoice in His glorious and victorious Resurrection!

He is risen - He is risen indeed!!!
