My red transferware..again lol!

Hello dear friends!
Sorry I haven't been chatting with you much lately...we've had to make some lifestyle changes here and I'm still getting used to a new daily routine.
The "new job" which was promised to my hubby did not eventuate after all...so we are still praying for work for him.
The weather here has been rather mild considering we are still in winter..not many below zero temps as yet.
At least we've been able to do some gardening this past week in preparation for spring.
I'm really looking forward to some warm, sunny days spent digging away amongst the trees and flowers!
We've rearranged some parts of the yard since hubby finished building his outdoor pizza oven, and now creating a new space for our vegie garden is top priority..nothing beats growing and eating your own food :-)

Hope all is well with you, my friends.
love in Jesus..Trish

  1. Trish, it's a nice way to ease back into blogging. Lovely photos all! My eye goes both to the colorful bottles in blues and greens and to the red transferware.

Seems as if there are difficult times all over the world just now. I know that we are definitely feeling the pinch here as well. Saying a prayer that you'll be blessed and that a good job is soon available for your husband.

    Have fun blogging!

  5. Hi Trish! I remember what it was like as winter drags on. We have 100 degrees right now. I will pray for your husband at mass. That pizza oven will make delicious pizza! It's mostly all in the type of oven, the good taste that is!

  6. When I ready your post, the comment about freezing weather hit me! Didn't realize you were 'down under'! We're in the middle of summer and the blooms in my garden (at 8,000') are just now getting tall and fat!
Love your images for Note Card.
    Happy July!

So good to hear from you again. I haven't been blogging very regularly either. . . day to day needs and routines interrupt my blogging too. I pray your husband will find a job soon.

  13. Sorry the job didn't work out they are hard to find now.
I do love your Tin man, they should put a cd player in the piano and make out he is playing, that would be fun.

What fun to be thinking of spring coming. I'd like to be thinking of cool weather, with the heat we've been having lately!

  17. I don't get on as often as I'd like either. My garden is winding down. The rabbits ate the beans, the rhubarb is finished, the raspberries are shutting down preparing for their fall resurgence. Funny to hear how you are getting ready for spring while we are saying, "One more month til frost!" Have a lovely week, Anita
